About us

Who we are

We are a team of change-makers who believe in the inherent goodness of people who need help in remembering who they are and in healing to be their best and highest selves, as they were meant to be.

Our founder began Liberate From Hate and its initial Be Your Own Hero programming to facilitate conflict transformation between people, which always begins by transforming conflict within us. We treat others in ways that reflect our relationship with ourselves and we see others with the same degree of judgment, hostility, or compassion and grace as we see and give to ourselves. Therefore, in order to transform conflict in the world, it must begin with our relationship with ourselves.
