Full Curriculum – “Remember Who You Are”

We believe the source of anger, fear and frustration that produces the hostility and hate towards others is a result of the dark side of human egos. In order for us to master our fears and feelings of anger and hostility that produce the aggressive thoughts and behaviors, we must understand how our egos create these emotions and feelings. Once we understand this aspect of our humanity, we can then gain control over them so that we are consciously choosing compassion and perpetuate the world of encounter and not confrontation based on illusory stories.

Are you noticing that lately you’re overflowing with any of these emotions

– Annoyance that others are just so ignorant, stupid, off-base, etc.

Join us as we discuss some of the ways our own internal protection mechanisms are working overtime to cause emotional havoc in us and how to gain the self-mastery over them and not allow these emotional programs to run you.

We believe this through this course, participants will not only contribute constructively to our collective, but enhance their own life by:​  

       – Seeing things in their lives working out

     – Responding consciously and not reacting negatively to people and circumstances

      – Feeling and being more in control of their life’s experiences

     – Changing the negative thought stream narrative that produces the destructive emotions, feelings & reactionary behaviors

      – Moving away from fear, anger, frustration & anxiety

      – Living a happier life & helping others to live a happier life

     – Contributing to changing the world and moving away from the hate and anger.

The full curriculum is offered 2-3 times/year. When a new offering is available, it will appear below. We just completed a multi-session series that ended in November 2024

Each Sunday, we hold a 2-3 hour session on processing emotions. These sessions focus on the following:

  • understanding emotions generally, what they are, what they’re attached to and why they come into us
  • how to process them with balance and constructive use
  • why they get imbalanced, intense, overwhelming and out of control
  • specific techniques to use to understand what is happening with our particular way of having and experiencing our emotions and help us to have more power over them instead of them having power over us
  • specific techniques to help us heal from the suffering of the stories and experiences involving our emotions.

​​Each Sunday of the month we will also address with greater detail a specific emotion based on the following schedule:

  • 1st Sunday of the month: anger
  • 2nd Sunday of the month: fear
  • 3rd Sunday of the month: shame
  • 4th Sunday of the month: sadness

​These emotions classes can be taken individually without any obligation for more than 1 session. Many people take the full series and many take the full series more than once. Pick and choose, come to some over and over or participate in this however makes sense for you.

Years of therapy taught me how to COPE with thoughts of anger, sadness, grief, anxiety, shame and depression, but this book has lead me to HEALING from those feelings. Now, that’s not to say that I don’t experience those emotions anymore, it’s just that when those waves roll in, the tools and skills I’ve learned from this book help me to quiet the storms and not become overwhelmed or to nearly drown in my thoughts and emotions.

This is a must read for anyone who wants to learn more about themselves, family patterns they are repeating, why they feel & act the way they do and feel more peace.
